Mainframes still exist. Teradata EDWs still exist. But no company would build a modern IT or data architecture on either one. This is why Teradata does not report new customer wins. Companies are stuck with both for awhile longer. But time is not on Teradata’s side. Long, slow, painful process of decline.

The board needs to step in and do something- Hahahahahaha
When has this board stepped in? Only to put VL in charge as CEO. He promoted OR, then fired him and put himself back in and got millions in stock and bonuses for doing nothing. The board is a joke
It's like the prison scene from The Watchmen: Customers locked in with TD are in a bad place.

Dont forget that not only is the painful death inevitable over time. ELT is looting the company via stock options. The board really needs to step in and correct.
