Stop Fooling Yourself with I.S.M.

It seriously does not work!!! Merchandise is not getting properly returned to it's correct fixture. New merchandise is not getting merchandised correctly. Fashion, in general, looks terrible. Displays are pedestrian. Stores look very much like a ROSS/MARSHALLS. Sales people are now just ringers with zero customer service. Just face the facts, Macy's has definitely not shining bright!!!

Those stupid bright blue own your style wallpapers plastered throughout the store sure do cheapen the looks of the stores too. It's very "marshalls/ross" only because blue is their color scheme.

But merchandising is a joke. It's also hard to put out stuff when we spend an entire morning taking down the VIP sale then literally the next day put up the Macys money sale. That vip take down could have been spent putting out stuff onto the floor.
But on a truck day where it's 900 cartons we only have a 5 hour shift...

This company LOVES to do everything the hard way. It's actually amazing how incredibly infuriating they make even the slightest task.

Yes very true, shopping over weekend at a San Francisco Bay Area store. Lines at the 2 very messy cash wraps. No luck finding any one to help on floor. Merchandise very sparse, it did very much remind me of a Ross. Much more selection on line but l don’t want to wait several days to pick it up . As a retired employee sad to see the decline
