So R..n A..s is moved to an "advisory" role and G...m G....s takes his slot, G..g T..b is gone, D...d R......o is gone, sales leaders moved into segments they've never sold into before, phone reps are now contact center reps and AE's, numerous high-performing (and as a result highly compensated) AE's let go under the assumption that inside sales reps and lower paid AE's will take up the slack and customers are complaining. Is it possible sales leadership is being blamed for how poorly the 1300 people let go went and Eric is now only investing his focus on this? It's a shame it had to come to this but that's the price of being under public ownership.....Thoughts?
