Would be a good start removing the toxic culture at Boeing. The Boeing HR Department reports to Satan and everone knows it. The Boeing Ethics Department is full of fake people who think they are holy then thy.

Boeing is going to outsource all Facilities job in Building maintenance function and replace with contractors with ARAMARKS supervising all contractors on site .

Whatever you discuss with HR or ethics they will immediately go to your manager and if they feel threatened, will lay you off.
Boeing has no ethics. The Ethics department exists to prevent the company from being sued. It does not exist because the company cares if the employees are ethically treated. It’s a complete misnomer.
HR and Ethics are solely there to protect the company. They are not here to help employees only mitigate corporate risk.
