Remember when CEO said he is looking forward to more work because companies will be laying people off and automating more processes? Somebody who thinks like that has no issues with laying off employees, no matter how important and how long they've been here. You should always be prepared for layoffs at AA.

It definitely speaks to his lack of emotional intelligence and empathy. The fact that he is relying on bad things happening people to make a profit says it all.
