Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

This place is a dump; with a totally unproductive, cutthroat culture!

Get out while you can.

Private equity crooks: why can't everyone else behave honourably?

So to summarize: you've decided that you're going to steal your employer's money by taking a salary for doing nothing, because you don't like the job

Poor company, it doesn’t have money for severance. Maybe I should take out a person loan to help it out a bit? That only seems fair right? I sure hope TK gets a good severance package when the lovely man leaves the company. Better to save the cash for the one true leader,

Not!

I’ll be meditating at my laptop screen all day while pretending to work. It will be a good period of personal growth, thanks TK for the opportunity.

"So to summarize: future severance is unlikely, so you may as well stop doing any work for csg, and use your current salary in lieu of severance. "

So to summarize: you've decided that you're going to steal your employer's money by taking a salary for doing nothing, because you don't like the job. How much of a loser can someone be? If you think CSG is not a good place to work, find a new job. That is what people normally do. I have heard plenty of stories about Citrix arrogance, and they are true. Citrix deserved to get destroyed because the people suck. Good luck finding another job once you reveal that you were fired.

What lawsuits? Companies in the U.S. are not obligated to give severance. The Citrix agreement legally expires later this year. You have no leg to stand on, and it's a joke that you think that an employee is going to scare Vista in a lawsuit. That is LAUGHABLE. Keyboard warriors are hilarious. How's that union coming along? LOLOLOL

I doubt CSG will offer zero severance, but after September 30, CSG is under no legal obligation to offer a severance agreement comparable to what Citrix did. That's just the facts.

TK can expect the mother lode of lawsuits for discrimination if he doesn’t offer severance agreements. This isn’t even funny anymore. He’s going to need an industrial sized box of Depends by the time all the lawsuits are filed.

Watch.

If you've been waiting for severance, you've severely miscalculated. You're getting nothing. TK is done with all that.

I tend to agree that the severance-package train has left the station. Even if TK doesn't connive to fire you "for cause", the SEC mandate requiring CSG to honor Citrix's severance policy expires on September 30. So you do the math.

"NOT WITHOUT MY SEVERANCE!"

Big LOLs if you weren't one of the immediately impacted or put on a transition plan between Sept 2022 and January 2023.

May the odds be ever in your favor, dude.

Inept leadership, both before and after Krause's arrival, has sealed CSG's fate.

That said, the ongoing loss of customers will put further pressure on the PE owners to make significant changes to the status quo. Stay tuned for the inevitable disruption.

This ongoing fiasco ain't over by any means...

Look at the "leadership"...same old tired faces, same old tired story.....kinda sad to think that a few years ago (before Big Bad Bob) that this company had such a massive opportunity and it's kinda ended as an also-ran. TK couldn't run water into a tub, let alone a business.

You're not getting severance. Krause will put everyone on performance plans, and guaranteed the ones who aren't near an office will be the lowest-ranked and will be terminated. He has literally said so!

If by chance you happen to survive until later in the year, by then the old Citrix severance agreements will have expired, and the new policy won't be pretty.

The people who will get severance have already gotten it. Krause has no plans to give out any more.

NOT WITHOUT MY SEVERANCE!

Until then, I work from home, play video games, laugh at TK hopping around all mad like Yosemite Sam and shake my head as Shitrix/CSG circles the toilet drain. I got skills, youth and time on my hands. TK doesn’t. Time is ticking fast while we watch the entire company implode from his mismanagement. 🖕😂🖕
