I just read that Target is going to start doing returns at curbside and some can even can pick up Starbucks curbside, by the end of summer. Oh Lordy, God help us if Macys starts this. Nightmare.

I hope Target's customers are better at having proof of purchase than Macy's customers are! What a nightmare some of these customers are when bringing their stuff back. Town Hall broadcast said no, we aren't doing this. It's not safe at some stores to be out in a parking lot long enough to do a curbside delivery, and definitely not for some of these messy return transactions.
I’ve heard through a very good source Macys will be installing new HP registers in certain locations this year. I guess the complaints finally got to the Executives and they’re doing something after 16 years of the same lame NCR 7459 and XR7 units. They can afford to do this ?
The need to put the CEO on Curbside for the garbage man to pick up
Macys has already addressed this in the last corporate town hall- they will NOT be offering this service
Can you imagine if Macy’s started curbside returns especially with the new 30 days policy?
All retailers are copycats, if target is successful doing returns at curbside and bringing in more business to there stores eventually Macy's will follow the same path.
Yeah I did see this earlier today. Macys doesn’t have the staffing to support something like this. Not many locations have a Starbucks in them but regardless I can only see Macys trying this in certain locations.
