Staff cuts at ANZA need to start with certain elements of the so-called Leadership Team. So too, some appointments require close examination, in terms of the position holder's qualifications and their relationship to senior employees of ANZA customers.

The compliance people might need to really look closely into what goes on in certain areas of the company in relation to promotions and direct appointment to senior positions.
Investigation should be done by completely independent people. And not by those from the affected customer unit, where conflicted interests could influence any objective outcome.
