It was being brought up in all hands regarding the bonus/hike, any chances of seeing it happen this year?

We are about to enter into July and still no annual Merit raises.
And I doubt when we do get raises that you’ll get back pay.
What really makes me upset is there have been no merit raises but the quarterly statements showed we had the most profitable quarter in three years. Yet still no raises.
