They out source cheep labor and and suck the knowledge from those with experience.
If you accept the below average pay you are expected to do X amount of things or you’re fired.
If you accept this you are devalued and supporting this unacceptable behavior.
Look for a new job now and don’t let this CEO undermine you!
I will say the issue with Document Storage is to reduce spending. CDK has been spending millions just storing unnecessary documents for an indefinite period of time. This is why they limited it to 7 years. This is an actual attempt to cut costs from other areas as well as sunsetting certain products that don't make CDK any additional revenue.
BM is not beholden to shareholders in a public-traded company anymore. There is no accountability to a voting board of directors nor constraints on the direction he takes companies like what he did to Hertz and Sunoco. He and his inner-circle cronies of locusts can do whatever they please in their "fundamental transformation" and out-sourcing of the top-dog DMS provider in the Americas. He was licking his chops back then and now has carte blanche to complete his tasks. Brookfield will absorb it.
the Enterprise customers are already looking for alternatives. When Tekion gets their multi-store stuff worked out better than it is now, you'll start seeing a mass exodus.
When large customers don't re-sign for 3-5 year contracts and instead sign 1 year contracts you know they're looking for other alternatives.

They sent out a meeting to ALL employees pretty much rather than just the ones who are transferring. They are already in damage control.
I can personally care less about this cr-p and don’t want to hear what they say. this “straight talk” is bull bull sh-t.
CDK just sold out their customers too. They won't be hosting or managing archived dealer documents (DSDA) any more in ASP centers, likely out of liability concerns or unable (unwilling) to secure that data any further as they outsource most IT and close data centers. Dealers will now be responsible for managing their own stored and archived data.
What's the ultimate end vision and objective of Accelerate 2025? To ki-l off their subscription base yet keeping major enterprise accounts? You think they'll want to stay around? The company is being gutted and plundered.
