Because they don't want to make it too apparent if they violated the WARN Act. Regent and Zulily handled this horribly, particularly not giving employees even a week of severance pay.
Does it against the law that they don't WARN the impacted employees?
Why does Zulily never disclose the number of layoffs? What's with the lack of transparency?
