Two options (which are not mutually exclusive)

  1. Have accountants reclassify prior revenue into different buckets to show growth in what remains.
  1. Sell off parts and wholesale merger with another similar-sized competitor

hmmm Weatherford - Baker ... bet Lorenzo would have fun saying Featharfod. This is what I'm betting.

Maybe another reorganization? I mean, why not? But at lower levels this time

Not sure.....the only certainty is it will not be an intelligent move

Chemicals. They are reducing manufacturing output by closing plants and betting toll manufacturers can actualy make and supply complex Production chemicals to market. If we mess this up it has the potential to drive the oil price up and the companys share price down.

Our leadershit's solution for everything is reduce headcount, only problem is they're going to reduce revenue producers instead of upper management

H1-B visas are the root problem and underlying issue.
