I know you don’t get severance if you are fired with cause as far as performance I’m not sure
Citi has a pretty generous severance, if you have tenure compared to other banks it seams
What if you get laid off cause of performance? Nothing egregious but let’s say PIP.
Do you get severance? Im very checked out and only staying cause I’ve been here for 10+ years - but don’t want to be caught where I could get laid off and not get a package
Depends where you live.
NyC - 3 months then 2 weeks for every year.
NJ- 2 months then 2 weeks for every year.
Total 6 months? Appears very generous
