Anyone else threatened?

Leading up to our sick pay starting April 1st, has your manager already threatened to give your work to another craft “if too many people call out sick”? If only there was a real solution to it, such as HIRING BACK MORE PEOPLE.

Managers ARE salary!!! They can call in sick won't hurt their pay. PLUS they get a decent bonus every year! I'm glad I'm hearing these low level managers getting jealous!! I love it. We do the work anyway. Can't believe it takes a college degree to click Approve on payroll and hours of service. We need true leaders.

Managers are upset they didn’t get sick days they want to be managers but eat the agreement employees benefits bunch of spineless puppets they (managers) have destroyed this company

No my manager is scared to talk to anyone because he thinks he’ll get recorded saying illegal stuff like the one on the news saying to skip the air test and bad orders the train will stop eventually after it derails
