The company is trying to survive by reducing headcount without the structure and processes to complete required work with quality results. Major clients are starting to notice and suppliers are not getting paid on-time.

The Dallas plant is closed now. All the machines went to Salt Lake City, as I understand it. Many laid off out of Dallas.
