If anyone needs to be laid off it should be the managers. Way too many. Way too many that do nothing or know nothing.

Well my manager is just a manager. That does nothing and only works 15 hours a week. We the employees make this manager look good. It needs to stop. If they want to let this manager go then more power to them.
Managers did get let go. I was a manager and was let go. I now have over 20 associates that report to a director with 29 clients with no direction and pi---d off client leadership. There were multiple managers in my area that got let go. There is a difference between managers, senior managers, directors, executive directors. Etc.
Amen on getting rid of all these useless directors, VPs, etc. I want to get paid to sit in meetings 8 hrs per day while denigrating all those below me for not doing my work well enough.
Too many SVPs and inflated job titles for positions that an out of touch board member or Exec thinks makes a difference for those of us doing the jobs that actually bring in the dollars.
Especially when certain Sr Mgrs in TES were known to cover up an employee that embezzled, fired them and got away free and clear. Does nothing all day. Gets a free ride and shoved their work down on others becuz they can’t work or should I say doesn’t know their job. Wake up executive mgmt they have been fooling you for years. Or are you just d-mb
