Well.....the good days are over. Working from home for 3yrs has come to an end. Now that Roger put out the email about everyone back into work 3 days per week (Mid April). Lots of people asking about their special situations,
*None of my team is onsite: Nope.....into work for you (bond w/others)
*None of the people I have meetings w/are onsite: Nope....back into work
*Early morning meetings: Nope...when you get a break...drive your happy azz into work.
*I was hired during COVID as Full Time Work From Home: Nope..times change, into work,
I was very happy working from home.....not at all happy about returning to work but time to suck it up butter cup.

So if you work with teams in different time zones than yours. You simply avoid early or late meetings and respond the following day no big deal. Company is doing this to force employees to quit without severance or unemployment benefits. So you muck it up for them. Get it now?
