Anybody seeing their overtime reduced? They want us waiting till next day to fix things now.

Managers got a 7% raise this year. They were immediately told to cut our OT by 8% to cover the cost of their raises.

After averaging over 450 hours in overtime per year since PSR, now they're concerned about how much we're making
It comes and goes. Don't be foolish and live beyond your means. If you HAVE to have some overtime every check your on a sinking ship. Budget yourself to where just a Straight time check will cover ALL your bills! No one needs a 75,000$ stupid Super Duty that never leaves the pavement!
What craft are you in to have a 3-1 employee to manager ratio? Haven’t heard this before. Where did you get the numbers?
OT is being cut everywhere.. But every place still has a 3:1 worker/manager ratio
We're cutting jobs in the Great Lakes. Cost per car is too high so jobs are being cut and as usual the customer is the one who suffers. The level of stupid in Omaha is staggering.
