In one word “Consolidation.” What you saw at the top a few weeks ago is not the end game. Just the start of a new ruling body. This will have a trickle down affect to many groups in the organization. Groups that don’t directly contribute to the BL will be moved under others then it will be elimination of redundancies. He didn’t make this move at the top for sh--s and grins folks.
