Looking at the last two years of executive cash bonuses and doing some calculations it looks like our bonus multiplier this year is going to be right around 1.5x. If you look at the 8-K information on our website you can figure out the multiplier. ex. SS salary for 2021 was $1.25million his cash bonus for 2021 that was paid out March 2022 was $2.58million. That is a ~1.6x multiplier on his 130% target payout. Our multiplier for our 2021 bonus was 1.7x. His salary for 2022 was $1.3million his cash bonus for 2022 that is being paid out March 2023 is $2.71million. That is a ~1.4x multiplier on his 150% target payout.

Based on my own rigorous data analysis of historical trends and market assessment can confirm this years S rating multiplier may be right around 1.4-1.6
