Employees are Comm's most valuable asset, except of course when it comes to $0 stocks awards! Morale would rocket if some of those free stocks were also awarded to all employees. After all, everyone are having to endure the pain resulting from the huge debt burden which the CE suite have lumbered the company with. Work harder, do more with less, make ends meet with below inflation compensation, and bear the brunt of cost cutting measures, yet employees are not worthy to receive a few of those $0 stocks which the PowerPoint jockeys have undeservedly awarded themselves!!

No attempt to improve employee morale. Even the bonus..when options in country to reduce what is taxed..hr have no comment when asked to investigate the process on several occasions..they don't give a toss to look into it.employees are expendable..End of
Well share price is back below $7. Congratulations Chuck and board has done a wonderful job and should reward themselves with more options. For those of you there and questioning why do you stay, leave. They don’t value your experience or loyalty, and are prob recruiting for your cheaper replacement to help the bottom line so as you and your box are excepted to the door…. the cheaper you is moving into you old seat.
They are not, everyone is getting scrwd with much lower than inflation cost of living adjustment that won't kick in till the middle of 2023.
The work people are doing, is a reflection of their unhappiness.
