Ha that is great! It must have felt good. And exposing ur mgt as out of touch incompetent buffoon as last act. Priceless. They are all like this but u got to rub salt on the wound haha awesome. That walk back to his cube must have been something for him. Lots of internal thoughts hahaha

Went smoothly. Gave 2 weeks notice then informed them I’m taking 8 days vacation and that tomorrow is my last day on-site. Mgr wasn’t happy with that but it’s not really my problem anymore. When he said he wasn’t sure if HR would approve the time off, I said GF is going to pay me out on my vacation either way. 20 mins later he walked me out of the building. LOL feels good

You are lucky as well competent, who is able to make decision proactively on his own terms. Must be a great feeling that you managed to step up and leave the toxic and sinking ship which will soon be left with a-s lickers and incompetent boot lickers who can not find job anywhere else.
