Unless Eddie has a secret plan for the retail comeback of the century, does Shop Your Way have a future life after Sears? Will Target or Home Depot see value in SYW to purchase it?

Love ShopYourWay and love Kmart! I really hope to see new Kmarts right across the USA. I have faith they will succeed and be the biggest comeback in USA history!!

Still using the shop your way Mastercard. Very good points offers. I redeem them regularly. Granted there isn't much worth purchasing other than giftcards, the selection of giftcards is vast and I've never had an issue redeeming.
Shop Your Way is full of so many fake accounts nobody would want it. In some stores employees were encouraged by management to create fake accounts just to meet and exceed the metrics. In addition, many of the legitement accounts were so messed up people couldn't use them. We got complaints every day from members who couldn't use their accounts. Shop Your Way is a mess.
Instead of asking the question, why don't you take some actions to investigate? The SYW site still exists. There is not a lot of content, nor hints about what services are offered, but the site is running:

There's a SYW blog. Even if it's one person left in the office, someone is entering information into this site. The last blog entry was made on 2/16/2023, three weeks ago.

There are still 3 pieces of this place that could have some sort of a future, albeit a short one: SYW, sears.com, kmart.com. Brick and mortar is gone, notwithstanding the comments of those who are still flogging the worn out joke, in which the "p" is replaced by a "b." Overall the odds are stacked very much against this place.
If your standard is that something exists, something may continue. It all depends on how many resources remain to run the place, how much cashflow remains, and (since I don't believe they sold it) how many resources are depleted by an unsold Hoffman complex. Again, if someone has credible proof that Hoffman was sold, let's see it.

Lampert lol. It's giving gifts cards now if you shop elsewhere. I see bad reviews about actually receiving the gift cards with points disappearing. I assume it's not very successful. They do promise to sell your personal data for their profit if that's your thing.
It'll be announced next week that Amazon is buying it and replacing Prime.
