Thanks to the infinite wisdom of the idt ELTs, many productive and knowledgeable engineers were recently canned instead of the useless directors, VPs, and S*VPs. Engineers are very mindful of how they may be treated in the future. Many more engineers are leaving soon now that earnings are released, AIP soon to be paid out, strategy continues to be lacking, product is long way from there and if it's what the market want, and incompetent management in place milking it on the engineers effort.
Don't take the words in this post alone. Just keep an eye for key departures in the next few months and seek to understand why. Everyone that knows the product, the technology, and despise the mediocre management running engineering will now take action because there's no future.
