Turn out the lights... the party's over

After the layoffs come the voluntary departures. ELT may have considered the consequences but unlikely they planned for departures from the least expected or how many. Rinse and repeat. With each round, this place distance itself from the greatness it once was and march toward its demise. It won't happen overnight but it will happen.
