Kohl's doesn't need an overhaul, it needs to go out of business. Other than their "exclusive" brands, which aren't anything special, what can you buy at Kohl's that you can't buy at other stores like Penneys, Ross, TJMaxx, Old Navy, Target...? They've lost their sweet spot and don't know how to go back. I haven't shopped at Kohl's in years, and I don't miss it. I'm sure many others feel the same. Die with dignity, Kohl's.
