Has any other divisions other than TES received merit letters? Getting a little concerned since next week we are supposed to be receiving the letters from Optum about current position role within Optum.

Managers have until the 8th to discuss performance and merit increases, so the fact some have not been provided with the merit letter or had a discussion with their manager should not raise any alarms.
Most were given today as they are supposed to apply to your pay check beginning March 1. Even if you did not get a merit increase your manager is supposed to still meet with you to discuss your performance unless they are useless at their job, which sadly some managers are yet they somehow continue to stay employed.
Your manager has to meet with you first, you won't just get a letter. I received mine yesterday after talking to my manager.
