Given his fashion budget, I think magoo can live fine without the extra $25 million.
We're still reporting earnings people. We're just not giving forward guidance.

EXACTLY RIGHT!
This is what people who want the merge to fail don't understand. Magoo was never meant to run the ship. He was meant to keep it afloat long enough to get bought out. Everyone knows this. If the merger doesn't happen, there is zero confidence that Magoo can run the company.
People that do know how to run the company like Zane, will abandon ship. After all, guys like him are hanging on purely for the stock sale. If the price gets cut in half under Magoo's leadership, Zane and plenty others will be out of here so fast.
Do you know what happens to companies that fail to merger, and lose their execs? They get sold off for scrap. At scrap prices. That means 50% layoffs. And those that stay will be working for HCL or some other Indian dummy shop.
Funny thing is, Magoo himself is one of the biggest supporters of the merge. He stands to make $50 million when BC takes over. If it falls through, that number gets cut in half. Magoo may be a half-blind fashion disaster, but even he is smart enough to not want to lose out on a 25 million payday.

I mean, if our numbers are not rocking, it means that you should pray even more for the acquisition to close.
If the numbers keep sucking, and then the deal dies, the stock price will plumet. Probably down to the 60's before a bounce.
Now you may say "I dont have a lot of stock anyway!" but that number dictates our spend, and a drop like that will me you get Broadcom like cuts anyway but with our current magoo mgmt that can't run a lemonade stand.
