Everyone should pay attention to where this hate and division comes from
Age > 40 is a common factor from what I'm seeing.
From what I've seen so far, doesn't matter if you are left or right, vaxxed or not, racist or unbiased, citizen or foreigner, rookie or experienced, if they want you to go, you're gone. It's all about budget, the decisions are made by higher-ups who you barely met over your years here.
