Should I assume I'm getting laid off too or is it just a coincidence since it was moved last week?

Looking at the room in outlook may give you an idea, if it is booked just for your meeting it may just be a random 1:1. If it is booked for a block, and not by your boss, good chance it is a termination meeting.
If the 1:1 is in the morning, then yes you might be impacted.
My manager has not been acting weird but idk. I'm just pulling my hairs till the 1:1 is done tomorrow. I guess I'll find out if it is really a normal 1:1 or a layoff
I hope they’re not purposely gaslighting people… It’s one thing to keep information quiet and another to purposely engage in deceit. This would be deceit.
