When will raises be given? I know there's a merge going on, will they do it before or after?

I got promoted last year, was a 3 rating all year and got a 1% raise simply because I got a promotion last year lol. Working on getting a certification to see if I can get an automatic $2 raise like my supervisor promised.
I got a 40 cent an hour raise.
Getting promoted and have been a 4 all year long and just getting a 2.25% raise so if you get promoted you will be penalized stay away from this company
They kick down Pennie’s don’t expect a good raise even with cost of living went up
