Relax - the data crunching does take some time.
From what I hear: Results will first be circulated to SLT/Board/Works Council this week. Then a bit of trickle down as dashboards get released over the next weeks. First to HR, and then to teams…
Doesn‘t mean the results will be good…I‘m very curious how they‘ll report details company-wide
Looks like they are taking their sweet time to share any results. Doesn’t bode well.
Remember when NPS was the buzz?
Sales meetings in PDX started and ended with NPS. As soon as the scores dipped and empathy disappeared with the NPS buzz.
Sort of like the old adidas company forum.
Goes away as soon as pushback bears it’s ugly head.
They’ll put out the results and identify 3 key areas to focus on(of their choosing, regardless of actual results - like how they ignored all the responses against my arena, for wfh) and you’ll never hear anything about it all again. Just like usual.
Some interesting questions….“do you trust your board member?“
Glad they asked, but not holding my breath that they‘ll disclose results on that question :-)
Overall, I still want to give Bjorn the benefit of the doubt…the next weeks should be very interesting.
