IT was being hit rather hard yesterday, not sure about other areas. Does anybody know more about how many were laid off in total? Geico management likes to be secretive about layoffs (I guess they're trying to protect the reputation or something) so it's no wonder we only learn bits and pieces about what's happening.

AI is going to make this round of layoffs look like nothing compared to what's coming over the next 2 years.
Anyone reading this should realize something far smarter, faster, and cheaper will be replacing you soon.
Employees at Fredericksburg IT / Print were laid off as of today
Sad, but we know many in IT had nothing to do for days at a stretch and this was bound to happen.
Geico just laid off half of its no fault dept (PIP) & MBR dept in Woodbury NY. They got 60 severance and were asked to leave the building.
