96% payout is not just for engineers but also for VPs and above. Their AIP component is huge 30%+, on top of their inflated pay for quiet working and quiet quitting. I was expecting cut in exec pay.. alas.
Expect a big expense in the next Quarter results, when the cash flow and revenue situation is already bad…

I’d expect the bonus on your March paycheck — unless they say otherwise in a company wide announcement, March is the norm.
