Seems like it matters not who they put in place, they have no real authority to right the ship. They just follow handed down orders from Drahi collect their checks and bonuses, not sure why they get a bonus but that's beside the point.
Drahi can't relate to the tri state customer. People don't pay high taxes, sit in traffic all the time, work their as--s off to to pay those high taxes and wasted gas to come home and have their internet not working or working like cr-p.
Then when you call them, you get a CSR who barely speaks enough English for you to understand after you waited 4 hours or more for someone to actually speak to.
Too many corners cut and it shows.
