I know that a lot of people are talking about this throughout Tower Health. Our HR department took a major turn around a year ago and most people don’t think it’s for the best.
We have a new Chief Human Resource Officer (I believe that is her title). Ever since she was hired, every single male that had a higher position was fired, let go, or basically pushed out. Unless you are a minority and/or female don’t even think about applying for a job in HR or any position that reports into that new leadership. Tower Health is pushing diversity but aren’t we doing the complete opposite at this point?
HR is the biggest mess in the organization and no one is willing to say anything at this point. This new leader pushes out new policies without even thinking about the consequences.
Something needs to be done about this rogue leadership. You need a healthy mix of all races, genders, etc.
