There was a time when you felt proud and excited to be part of this company. It seems that we never recovered from the mass layoffs. Trust is gone. People Leaders are weak. Many people would leave this company in a heartbeat if the right opportunity came about.

Place used to great. Highlight of my career. Epic career experience. It’s a shame!
I also used to be so proud but the place has gotten so bad with coworkers that do nothing all day. I used to brag but now i just tell my friends stories the stupid people do and the way they act out very rude
Out with spectra and in with enbridge. Live with being around negativity or get out. Simple choice.

The care or conveyor coworkers plummeted to zero mostly.

It's embarrassing admitting to anyone you work for ENB. GDS has railed the common peasant with rate increases so hard that you'd be lucky they don't kick you in the shin the moment you mention working for ENB.
Many opportunities to work elsewhere with better remote flexibility, benefits, pay. The once golden handcuffs have turned to dust.
You speak the truth, seems applicable whether you came from Enbridge or Spectra. It’s very sad. Seems the only way to survive (mentally) is not not care and tell leadership what they want to hear. Curious to see how many will leave over the next month once STIP is paid. Enbridge culture breeds mediocre!
