Your degree type doesn't matter. The amount of your raise whether you have a BS or MS or D.Eng. it all depends on your IPF, BPF, and where you are in PIR.

Not sure but on my recent IPRO, it lists the midpoint for the salary group (JG5) now. What is the midpoint, 90%, 100%? Used to display 100% PIR. All the rest is the same though , previous salary, merit increase, new salary, etc.
