How anyone can hire someone with no regard for the wellbeing of his employees or his American workers is beyond me. CDK wasn't perfect but at least it had some sort of moral character before this man came back to ruin it once more. He is stuffing his pockets with all these unnecessary cuts and layoffs, crippling an Auto industry giant in the process and adding to the stressful Saas layoff all at the same time. I don't see how CDK survives these layoffs and cuts. The support levels will drop DRAMATICALLY and it won't take long for dealers, enterprise or not, to notice. R&R and Tekion must be licking their lips, just waiting to get all those leaving the CDK sinking ship.

bm is just a POS. Doesn’t matter how you cut the cake. He’s had a vendetta against the company since he got released back in 2018. They gave him a big a-s severance package and said thank you, you can go now. That just made his man-Gina hurt so he’s been out to tear the company down, plain and simple! Fu-k that guy! R
Government AND the stocket market/investors allow this to happen. If they weren't focused on milking every penny to line their own pockets, they would care more about the people.
There's a reason why some of the best R&D time for companies was from the mid 60's to the early 90's. Companies were worried first about building the next big thing than making massive profits.
I've been working for CDK for years and I can tell you that the reason this happens in the USA is because of the government. The Government allows businesses to do this. That's why it's happening and no amount of complaining or refusing offers can change it. Whether you like the CEO or not doesn't matter. US and State governments allow this. You want things to change, then get involved in government..
Dealers and OEMs don't care about how CDK treats their employees. They care about the bottom line because they're all business people at the end of the day.
CDK and elead products are nothing special either.
CDK just has a bad CEO
RR is just all around bad as a product..
I bet if dealers and OEM knew how our CEO treats their employees they would not touch it.
If you were out of the Norwood office, R&R offices are about an hour north nearby The Greene (and a good chunk of that time is being on 75 before the 275 loop.) Just saying.
If R&R and Tekion are so much better, why does every large dealer group continue to stick with CDK?
Not sure R&R is in much of a position to pick up any, due to its own reputation and troubles.
However, a lot of the hungrier up-and-comers have a golden opportunity to jump in and start poaching dealers, if they're smart enough to start flirting now.
