Idaho had 36,000 union members in 2021. In addition to these members, another 6,000 wage and salary workers in Idaho were represented by a union on their main job or covered by an employee association or contract while not union members themselves

Idaho is a Right-to-Work state. Employees cannot be forced to join a union or pay union dues, nor can union or non-union members be discriminated against in hiring or promotion

The above comment about walking out is so very wrong! That information is more around Unions. Idaho for instance is a right to work state. Please don’t give false information to employees

An employee cannot be fired for striking or walking out. The National Labor Relations Act states that "Employees have the right "to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection." Strikes and walkouts fall under the category of concerted activities protected for employees.
