Well great news is HyVee employee discount is back! I’m glad to see that HyVees new ceo and staff still doesn’t know how to lead a company. I was so excited for Jeremy Gosch to take over for randy but it has turned out that Jeremy Gosch is a mini version of randy. Both Jeremy and randy likes to blame employees for anything that fails but will take the full credit when anything does well. Example randy taking all the credit for having record sales when Covid closed all other food places beside grocery stores. They both have knee jerk reaction to try and fix problems. Last month HyVee lost money. Jeremy fix to the problem is to take away the discount. Then the backlash made him reverse his decision and bring the discount back. Well the next ten years will be another dumpster fire for sure. HyVee is going to go bankrupt trying to expand down south. That will probably be the end for us. Jeremy Gosch needs to be fired before he finished what Randy has started. Looks like we are on the bankrupt highway now.

The only reason Jeremy got the job is to take the fall when HyVee fails. Randy will fire baby randy in a heart beat and say he failed the company even though we all know HyVee has been failing since 2019. Randy didn’t move this people to take over so he can retire. He moved them to these positions because he didn’t want to take the credit for HyVee failing.
Jeremy Gosch is not in charge of anything except doing exactly what Randy tells him to do. A new CEO makes absolutely no difference while Randy remains chairman. You could literally give *anyone that title and Hy-Vee would still operate the same way because Randy would still be calling all the shots.
Unionize before it is to late , have some power to fight back against bad decisions the great dictator makes.
