Anyone from the recent layoff want to share severance details? Has it been reduced to a years salary, minus 40% in taxes? It used to be 2 weeks for every year worked.

DST does not exist nor has it for almost 4-5 years! This should be under SS&C Technologies.
2 weeks for each full year worked. The amount is taxed as supplemental income so it's higher. This is an IRS thing not a company thing. We also received I think it was 6 months worth of company paid medical premiums, again taxed as supplemental income so it's higher taxed
