LOL. I spent 4 years with the place. I did not return after COVID. Try telling me people cannot find a better place to work again, Mich SM.

It would be healthier for them to be with another company.

I think we can agree it is pointless to tell those who have already left to F it. Especially when many did little work in the first place. They sure did at my huge store. I was usually the one who had to act more responsible than that, and don't get me going about the lack of quality mgmt.

You need to respect those who have left as well.

@1uhn+1lkp508v well there is no more severance so to your point there is no point to give 100% anymore.

@calling Im not even with the company anymore. I left before my store i was running was told it was closing. Bbb got to big and made some awful directional choices and then the pandemic hit which changed how consumers shop.

However i think the company might be ok with the 350ish bbb and 150ish bbby. That being said people still need to run those stores and they need dms and area dms etc. Thats core functionality of anywhere that has that many stores. So therefore those people as of this month have job security.

Whats the alternative? Shut it all down and all those people are without jobs along with the others that already lost jobs?

If bbb is still paying you 100% of you agreed upon wages then I feel you should give 100% of your effort while on the clock. If that ever changes where you dont get full compensation or offered severance then you can stop. It just how I have functioned my life with my jobs. If thats a shill to you so be it.

Yeah, "bbby will survive and thrive" just long enough for you to make back all the money you lost buying the stock for $30, I bet. Meme shill snorting fairy dust.

@Michigan SM. In other words, let them shill when the vast majority of their employees are already somewhere else? You know, the ones who said F IT and gave up? Perhaps they seek something like job security? That too much to ask? You are a company clown and probably always were one.

And you know what? People who don't care will continue to NOT CARE. Cut out the cutesy kiddy phrases. The world is not black and white. Time to grow up.

You should be looking on linkedin for a new job, not commenting on what others are doing.

@Former MI SM they’re not being paid to execute a plan, they’re being paid to limit a mass exodus as they rumble to chapter 11, or worse 7. They need people to keep
The sheep in the herd long enough. That’s not a plan, that’s a death spiral.

Why is it hilarious? Is the compmay in trouble? 100% but that doesn't mean you just say F it and give up. Its just another plan that most likely will fail. But has a small chance to succeed. He is being paid to help execute a plan. So let him.
