120 people laid off in Germany

I think this is what we'll be seeing from now on. Constant layoffs in different geographical areas. I do believe that the U.S. is safe for now. We are among the easiest employees to lay off due to our laws so I think they cut whoever they wanted from here in the first round.

Microsoft is following the Google and Meta playbooks and will announce that 9,000 heads are on the chopping block including managers and HR.

I can't be agree, historically by the information from WARN act, Microsoft laid off by three rounds, I expect one round more in U.S. at least. In 2009 were 4 rounds, but I think we are in better position.
