NLRB Rules Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement Clauses Moot

First up, IANAL.

The National Labor Relations Board recently ruled [McLaren Macomb, Case No. 07-CA-263041 (2/21/2023)] that Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement clauses in separation agreements are unlawful. The decision may be appealed and overturned, but this ruling may impact any who were recently or will be let go from CSG. Given the fact that more big customers are leaving CSG in the first quarter, and those CIOs are very vocal about the Citrix SaaS shortcomings, former employees are not the ones that Krause needs to worry about. That's the reality.

Yeah, I signed that agreement. Yeah, I break the content of the agreement every day. I’ll tell you this: CSG has WAY bigger problems than attempting to curtail my 1st Amendment rights. CSG can sûck mah juicy 🐓.

"Yeah, like this fool has some huge radar tracking and flagging former employees for sev agreement violations. "

If your mouth is big enough, no radar tracking/flagging is necessary. You'll out yourself quite handily.

Yeah, like this fool has some huge radar tracking and flagging former employees for sev agreement violations. Absurd. I wake up every single day with the inclination to violate my sev agreement. Looking forward to doing it again tomorrow.
