If you are laid off from Optum or UHG, they can no longer silence us.

I agree with the premise here, the federal regulators need to know how this company violates HIPAA laws by their offshore operations. Their India staff share passwords, they collaborate in ways that reveal itself as being unproductive ( takes 2+ to do the work of one) and get access to data the regulators wish kept protected and onshore. Since we all know the HR trolls who frequent this site will object, let the attack begin. Meanwhile I’ll look at the media link and see if I can add any value, maybe others can join you too.
It's all corporate regardless of where you work. Suck it up and move along. By the way no really cares except 4 themselves.
news flash nobody cares especially the media. go make a tiktok about it you are so important
The discrimination and bullying! Toxic company
No, d-mb a-s, I know what freedom of speech is. I am saying I wouldn't hold back and would go to the media to tell the truth about this toxic company. What they do to their employees and everything else they do, which is wrong. I guess you would stay silent like a little church mouse, so Optum can run over you and others again. You are d-mb.
You are going to the media because you got laid off? Umm, OK.
Also, you don't seem to understand what freedom of speech really means.
I will not remain silent because that is in violation of my freedom of speech. I did nothing wrong. I will be contacting every major media source and making my voice heard. I will go to 60 minutes, The Today Show, ABC Good Morning American, 20/20 and etc. My voice will be heard about this toxic company. No, silence here.
Dang Right. I'll be raising heck about my layoff.
