Nothing new, just dead-end jobs. While pharmacy gets promoted daily.

Sundays are a joke. Wasted payroll.

My store is 9-7 m-f 9-6 sat 12-5 sunday and I am a southern store. In our market, everyone is closed on Sundays except myself and another store. I say, to be fair, one schedule across the board, no matter where you are.

The hours in the southern stores are changing...we are currently 9-6 mon-sat and 11-4 sunday. Now they want 9-7 and 12-5. What is the point? Total waste of payroll and we don't have enough LDO's to staff those hours. The old timers like myself are going to retire. Maybe that's exactly what they want.

Nothing, just sales plans no one can reach but that’s not new.

More micromanagement with programs that do nothing to drive optical sales, but prop up the pharmacy is my bet. Sam Walton said the best ideas come from the people. No one has cared to listen to what opticians think since the formation of H&W. This is what has led to low moral and poor performance.

Well, my uncles, cousins, sister friend is in Optical operations and the friends dad's, God Father's son's sister in law knows some one who goes to church with David Reitnauer and they said nothing is changing in Optical 😮 🙀 😆 🤣 Sorry, couldn't help myself

There are no changes coming. It’s always the same narrative thrown out there that some big “change” is coming, when in reality, the micro managing from people who have ZERO knowledge of what you do will continue on.
