Anyone who wants stability at work should look for a job elsewhere because nobody is safe here. I would not be surprised if in the future jobs here were even more unstable than they are now.

I agree that this company doesn’t care about people, we are just disposable objects. Insurance is a cash cow and they can afford to make mistakes and put people out to pasture, bore them into quiet quitting or make them into bad employees they can terminate. I remember when large corporations had useful HR departments that would conduct exit interviews so they could collect feedback from people. This company thrives on churn and know people leave because the kiss-a-s gets promoted and the 99% get minimal raises and leave. I hope Amazon kicks their a-s!

There is no stability at Optum, they try to control our lives by making mandatory to extended every every month. It was only to be for January, but they are offering VTO and OT. Mandatory OT is still needed. Supervisors and Management haven't been on OT since middle of January. Then make it rough on people try to get them to quit. This company is very toxic. There is no stability and don't trust any supervisor or manager. Fight for yourself, because they will not fight for you.
I agree. I think they hire way too many people, especially during “peak season” (which is just a bullsh-t excuse to try to control peoples’ lives). Then when they start to offer an over abundance of VTO/OTR, they start to either fire people and make life he-l so you quit. That’s just my opinion though.
