There’s no way a compensation committee would be approving all of these payments for the CEO. Unless they don’t care or don’t know any better. Two years in a row max bonus for the CEO and then a layoff? Makes no sense.

If GVR found out one of us contacted a board member directly he would be extremely upset… retaliation from him or his team is likely….
You can contact the board by email..And call the corporate office.. irrate customers do it often ..
There’s no way to communicate or access our board members so who really knows.
