I have noticed that there are people coming in at grade 4 with little experience and within 5 years are promoted to grade 10
Not sure what a 'Yeat' is but really this nothing to brag about on a broad basis. Given the lack of new technology (not talking about companies that have been acquired) it clearly demonstrates that you sometimes have to look outside your internal talent to push the needle. I am not saying Juniper is a 'bad' company, just stagnate or 'follower' in the market space.
